To continue the discussion, we started last week, on the requirements of the foods targeted by GLOPACK regarding active and intelligent functionalities, we are happy to let you know, that our next public report is also available for you to read!

The latest report (D3.2) is summarizing the properties of the best active molecules, to answer the specific needs of the food products proposed by the food companies in GLOPACK (Fine Food MeatLa vie est belle, Soredab and Coopbox case study).
